KD Slacks Women's khaki Drill ATS
When the ATS were tasked with operating in North Africa and Italy it was found that the KD Skirt was not suitable for this job and so originally Men’s KD Trousers were issued. The ATS were eventually issued with their own special KD slacks more suited to a lady shape.
These ATS Slacks are the mid war issue with 3 buttons on a one side, adjustable elasticated waist band and tabs on the lower legs with buttons to pull in the trousers legs when gaiters not been used.
