WW2 British Airborne tab (strip).

Cloth embroidered tab with the words "AIRBORNE" on it, this is the correct type for WW2. It has light blue text on a red maroon background. This is the most common type to be seen worn by the 1st and 6th Airborne Division in WW2.

These where worn below the Pegasus patch on each arm of the 37 and 40 pattern BD jacket.
