WW2 American Red Cross headdress for the grey ward dress.

This hat is called a coif and it has a white front with a red cross badge sewn on the front, the rest of the hat which fits on top of the head is made in the same grey cotton fabric as the ARC grey ward dress.

The back of the coif hat is fastened together by a white button on each side.
